Top Authors I’ve Only Read One Book From But NEED to Read More

I’m joining the Broke and the Bookish today for the Top Ten Tuesday Meme.  Today’s topic:  Top Authors I’ve Only Read One Book From But NEED to Read More.  However, I couldn’t really come up with ten, so here’s my top seven:

Liz Curtis Higgs ~ I read her advent/Christmas book last year (The Women of Christmas), and liked her style.  I would like to read some of her “Bad Girls of the Bible” series.

Jane Tara ~ I just finished her book Hamlet’s Ghost, and would like to go back and read the first two books in her Shakespeare Sister’s series.  I liked how this book could totally be read as a stand-alone, and I enjoyed her quirky style.

Ally Carter ~ I’ve only read Heist Society, which was a super cute little book.  I’d read others by her.

Shauna Niequist ~ I read Bread and Wine and loved it.  Cold Tangerines is sitting in my kindle unread.  There are just so many books and so little time…

Lisa McMann ~ She wrote The Unwanteds, which I liked, and there is another if not two more out in that series that have been published since I read the first.  I enjoyed the first, but I hesitate to read the rest of the series until it’s all out.  I hate waiting for books!  I’ll probably go back to this series once they’re all out, and then go back and read the first one again before starting the rest.

Jen Hatmaker ~ I love her blog, and I enjoyed 7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess.  She has a new one out I think.  I could see myself reading it.

Michaela MacColl ~ I enjoyed Always Emily and would read others of her novels.
