Who doesn’t love potatoes? They’re such an easy (and cheap!) go-to for side dishes.
Here’s a quick and easy way to make french fries in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Peel and chop the potatoes into cute little strips.
Next pour a few tablespoons of olive oil to coat, as well as 1 spoonful of cornmeal per potato peeled, and your seasonings. I just used a salt/pepper steak seasoning blend. Spread them out onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, giving them a good toss about half-way through.
