One Bite at a Time ~ Week 3

Okay, so this week I’m cheating a little, because there are a few of the things on the list of 52 that I am already doing, and this is one of them.  I am working on some of the other things, though, and will post about them when I feel like they have been adopted into our routine.

So, this week’s step is to “Start Menu Planning.”  Menu planning helps simplify your life because you always know what’s for dinner.  When you know what’s for dinner, you plan accordingly at the grocery story, so you spend less on things you don’t need.  You also don’t get home after spending $200 at the grocery store and then have no idea what you’re going to cook for dinner.  Meal planning helps curb eating out as well, which we all know is a huge money drain – especially when  you’re feeding an entire family.
