Monday Musings

One of the perks from hubby’s recent work trip was that they bought everyone (employees and guests) their own pair of Nike shoes.  We got to try them on, and then go to a computer to design our own.  Mine came in the mail today!

Cool, huh?

After spending every day at the storage facility organizing costumes last week, my house needs some definite TLC.  Spending today trying to get my house back in order… taking the appropriate blogging breaks in-between chores.

On a related note, it is unreal how much hair gets swept up in our vacuum brushes… with 4 females in the house it’s bound to happen I guess.  It’s just a ridiculous amount!

Yesterday we started rehearsals for our next Praise & Harmony recording!  Nothing makes my heart happy like singing does.  I am so excited to be a part of such an awesome group of people!

I have a slight obsession with spiral-binding things.  Just so you know.

I may have mentioned this a time or two, but it’s worth repeating:  I hate laundry.

We had a parent versus child finger rocket war in the church building yesterday.  The video doesn’t show how crazy it really felt.  Good times.

And one more picture… just have to brag on this girl, who has been sewing her own quilt for about a year now, slowly but surely.  The top is now DONE!  She’s 9, people!!  I’m so proud of my little seamstress!

That’s all for today.  Have a great week friends!
